Focusing on organizational design and renewal, Olaf combines more than 10 years of strategy consulting with extensive academic and entrepreneurial experience. He has founded Management Kits, an action learning platform for managers and business partners, and teaches organization design on the Master level at the University of St. Gallen, one of the leading European business schools. He serves as honorary professor for business design at weißensee academy of art and in design in Berlin where he also co-initiated the Design-in-Tech Accelerator DesignFarm Berlin. Olaf was senior project manager with Booz & Company.
